This year the worthily popular wine festival of Hotel Gellért reached a turning point, as in 2016 we celebrate the Saint Martin memorial year, on the 1,700th anniversary of his birth. On this occasion the traditional, already four days long 6th Martin’s Day Wine Festival summons several saints of gastronomy and arts.

The gourmet dinner is named after Saint Martha as patron saint of housewives, Italian catering workers, cooks, waiters and waitresses. This sensational wine dinner's menu is made of Zsófia Mautner and Eszter Fűszeres as housewifes, and representatives of the top restaurants of Hungary – Gerbeaud,  Kistücsök,  Salon,  Tanti - as main characters.
